Eviction Support
* A fee of £300 will be charged for every new Tenancy (not Introduction Only Service) to cover the Tenancy administration, deposit protection and reference checks.
** Deposit handling available at other service levels at a fee, but we will not have any involvement in the agreement about the refund of the deposit or any disputes at the end of the tenancy.
